  1. Understand Leadership in Teams:

    • Define leadership and its significance in team-based settings.

    • Explore different leadership styles and their impact on team dynamics.

  2. Optimize Teamwork Style Using DiSC:

    • Complete the DiSC assessment to identify personal teamwork styles.

    • Interpret DiSC results to enhance self-awareness and interpersonal communication.

    • Apply DiSC insights to improve team collaboration and effectiveness.

    • Understand the principles of AHRQ Team STEPPS.

    • Implement Team STEPPS strategies to enhance communication and teamwork in healthcare settings.

Coaching in Small Groups: Review of Initial Stop-Start-Continue Log

  1. Effective Group Coaching:

    • Understand the role of coaching in team development.

    • Utilize the Stop-Start-Continue method for continuous improvement.

    • Reflect on personal and team progress, and set actionable goals for future development.

    • Identify resources and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Final Coaching in Small Groups

  1. Reflective Coaching Sessions:

    • Engage in final small group coaching sessions to review progress.

    • Reflect on personal and team growth over the course of the program.

  2. Future Planning and Continuous Improvement:

    • Set goals for continued development beyond the program.

    • Develop a plan for maintaining and building upon the skills and knowledge acquired.
